Andrew Breitbart died early this morning.
Prayers.
UPDATED (JM): “Just a Conservative Girl” has more, over at Potluck.
UPDATED 2 (JM): The tribute at BreitbartTV. And because I cannot permalink it, I’ll reproduce the Drudge tribute:
DEAR READER: In the first decade of the DRUDGEREPORT Andrew Breitbart was a constant source of energy, passion and commitment. We shared a love of headlines, a love of the news, an excitement about what’s happening. I don’t think there was a single day during that time when we did not flash each other or laugh with each other, or challenge each other. I still see him in my mind’s eye in Venice Beach, the sunny day I met him. He was in his mid 20′s. It was all there. He had a wonderful, loving family and we all feel great sadness for them today… MDRUDGE
Also, Glenn has, of course, a huge roundup.

He (and his family) are in my prayers.
I’ve had family members die this young from natural causes before (one unexpected, one long expected), and it’s just a punch in the gut.
A shocking and saddening loss, not only for his family and friends but for a whole lot of us.
He will be missed.
RIP.
Terrible news.
Prayers to the Breitbart family. Their loss is far greater than any of ours at this moment.
It could be that my tinfoil needs to be a bit less tightly wrapped, but I do hope that they check closely.
Andrew scared the leftoids to death.
The name “Vince Foster” keeps coming to mind here. (If you can accept that one at face value, you are far more trusting of the .Gov than I am is all that I can say.)
FWIW.
