Aaron Walker’s Attorney’s Motion to Compel Kimberlin Discovery, Other News

Generally, such motions are dry as dust matters, but for a deft anatomization of Kimberlin's methods, it's hard to beat this.

My favorite part is where Kimberlin claims that he's not responding because he's assisting the FBI with an investigation of Walker, and that makes the court's requested information too sensitive to turn over in a timely fashion. He's also an undercover CIA operative, code name Kim Berlin.

More, from Stacy.

FDR, War Department kept lid on evidence of Soviet massacre of Poles in Katyn Forest in 1943, in order to blame Nazis. Any way you slice it, that's disgusting, and it's only taken 70 years to come clean.

Obama gave Chicago's teachers the green light to strike? Well, maybe Bush could have prevented 9-11, if he hadn't skipped all those intelligence briefings like Obama, so shut up!

Hmmm, what else is happening? Lots of last-minute revisions to the OIG's investigation of Fast and Furious.

Hey, remember when Jan Schakowsky (Ethically Challenged–IL) was Obama's point woman in the recall Walker business, and (far SE Wisconsin city) Racine teachers were recruiting students (with promises of extra credit, in some cases) to help their GOTV efforts? Oddly enough . . . .

Two words: Mike Klonsky.

Yeah, I got a lot of flak from lefties over the Rahm Emanuel eligibility farce. Who's laughing now?
