Early morning model runs still suggest that hurricane Sandy will come ashore somewhere from the Delmarva to Maine between late Sunday and Tuesday. The storm has the potential to have severe impacts over a large area and this entire region should begin thinking about preparations for a major storm.
I'm sure the New Black Panthers will be out in force helping to remove leaves from storm drains.
Could Sandy be more raaaaacist than Katrina? Well . . . Katrina struck New Orleans during George Bush the Younger's presidency, giving Obama a chance to talk about how raaaaacist that presidency was, by demagoguing the waiving of the Stafford Act, which Bush did, but which Obama voted against, so you'd have to say no.
Go hit Stacy's tip jar, so that he can somehow position himself near to, but at a safe distance from, the landfall, should the models prove accurate.
