Salon Ridicules Kooky Pastor Blaming Hurricane Sandy on Teh Gheys

And, you know . . . that is pretty kooky, in my view.

But somehow, Muslims who view it as the wrath of God upon the infidel escape their notice, as does Al Gore and the Climatocostals' view that it's the revenge of Angry Gaia. 'Global warming' ceased in 1998.

  • There's an understanding between fringe apocalyptic preachers and gossip rags and political edutainment channels like Salon and MSNBC that every time there's a major catastrophe the preachers will loudly blame it on teh gheys or immigrants or something and the gossip rags and edutainment channels will soberly report it as though it says something about the larger American culture.

Also note that the nation's blondest RINO has shared her vast scientific knowledge with us in the form of a moralistic Tweet.

  • Mediate has an article about this wackadoo and a pointed out how the left loves to wheel out its conservative monkey boy to ridicule, but seem to ignore those leftist and other monkey boys that take away from their political goals or narrative.

I see a lot more parallels between (just for example) Benny Hinn and Al Gore than either one of them would be happy to admit to.

Announcing that either God or Gaea demands that you change your evil ways and give your money to the Annointed Spokesman in question, or else?  That seems to be a very common thread.  They all seem to do the PBS Pledge Drive with an angry Deity waiting in the wings as their favorite tactic.

I don't think that Dante actually received a Revelation, but I have this hope he's right about where those type of folks wind up, in most cases.  Some of the TV Preachers are actually not in it for the money, but they are few and far between.  As for ManBearPig and the "environmentalists"?  It's all about the Dollars for them, too, with painfully few exceptions.

The worst part about the Goreites is that they won't even promise you that you'll be saved if you do what they espouse.  They are about saving the Planet, not the souls or even the bodies of the human inhabitants thereof.

And that's the name of that tune.
