Indeed. Many others have pointed out how incredibly irresponsible and illegal the actions advocated by the Vice President are. I suppose after benefiting from decades of one form of professional personal protection or another it shouldn't be a surprise that he doesn't have the slightest goddamn clue about what normal people can and cannot do to protect themselves.
